To deposit via bank transfer, log in, go to the Deposit page, select your preferred bank, and follow the payment instructions. You'll receive a unique transfer reference number; include it in the memo field to ensure the deposit is credited to your poky account. Bank transfers typically complete within 1–3 business hours. To withdraw to your bank account, go to Withdraw, select your bank, enter your account number and holder name, and submit.
